During my absence in the Thinking salon I shared its thinking space with  John van Beers, a neighbour and fellow entrepreneur who is balancing his consulting work for Ericsson with a Phd at the University of Leiden. His academic quest is to find qualitative proof for using Lean Management principles in Hospital environments. His thesis is now splattered all over the thinking walls of my Thinking salon and after a quick explanation I could see he would be helped greatly by making his domain (the organisation in transition) more visual… another investment…;). Next week we’ll see what we can make to make LEEN a little less boring.
